Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GreenDale Coffee Estate, we take pride in offering high-quality coffee products and unique, nature-inspired experiences.
Our goal is to ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and satisfying experience with us.
This policy outlines how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled for both coffee purchases and experience bookings.
1. Coffee Products
Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
We take utmost care in maintaining the quality and freshness of our coffee. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:

Return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened coffee packets

Products that have been tampered with or used

Items purchased during special offers or clearance sales
Refund Process

Once your return or refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacement/exchanged will be delivered within 5-6 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Experience Bookings
Our coffee estate experiences — such as the Plantation Walk, Coffee Laboratory Experience, and Masterclass — require prior booking and preparation to ensure a personalized and safe visit.
Cancellation by the Guest

Cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled experience date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 to 24 hours before the experience will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience or for no-shows.
Rescheduling

Guests may request a reschedule up to 24 hours before the experience date, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time cannot be accommodated.
Cancellation by GreenDale Coffee Estate
In rare cases, due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, GreenDale Coffee Estate reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an experience.

If an experience is canceled by us, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
3. Order Cancellations (for Coffee Products)
Orders for coffee products can be canceled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
