Brewing time: 2 to 3 minutes
Coffee type: Arabica, Robusta or a home blend of Arabica and Robusta
Roast type: Dark
Grind Size: Medium fine
Amount of Coffee: Fill the funnel and level without tamping
Amount of water: fill the lower jar up to below the valve
Water temperature: water boils into a steam
Brewing method: Un-screw the upper jar from the heater unit or the lower jar, remove the funnel and fill water in the lower jar up to just below the valve. Fill the funnel with coffee ground and level it without tamping it down. Place the funnel in the lower jar and then screw on the upper part of the jar holding the top of the jar. Set the jar on a kitchen stove with a medium flame. The coffee will brew and fill the upper jar. take it off the stove once the coffee starts to sputter.

- Arabica 70%, Robusta 30% will deliver a full-bodied, rich, and strong cup of coffee with a balanced flavour profile
- For the best cup of coffee use roasted beans between 7 and 90 days before brewing and grind freshly before brewing.
- Should you choose to use different coffee types, you should experiment with roast types and grind sizes until you get the desired aroma and mouth feel which is unique to each person.

- Coarse grind: Intense, dark chocolate, burnt caramel
- Coarse grind: Intense, dark chocolate, mild spice
- Medium coarse grind: Mild intensity, chocolate, mild sweetness
- Medium grind: Intense, sweet
