Channi (fine mesh strainer)

Brewing time: 3 to 4 minutes

Coffee type: Arabica,  Robusta or a home blend of Arabica and Robusta

Roast type: Dark roast

Grind Size: Coarse

Amount of Coffee: 20 grams

Amount of water: 200 ml of water

Water temperature: boiling water

 

Brewing method: Add  coffee ground to a cup or small container. Add the boiling Hot Water into the cup containing the coffee ground. stir well. Let the coffee brew for 3-4 minutes allowing all the flavours to develop. Place the channi over the  serving cup and pour the steeped coffee through slowly to avoid coffee grounds in the serving cup.

(Use a kitchen channi/ filter exclusively for coffee)

  1. Arabica 50%, Robusta 50% will deliver a full-bodied, rich, and strong cup of coffee with a balanced flavour profile
  2. For the best cup of coffee use roasted beans between 7 and 90 days before brewing and grind freshly before brewing.
  3. Should you choose to use different coffee types, you should the grind size.
