For Over a Century, Rooted in Coffee
Greendale Coffee Estate, nestled in the gentle hills of Coorg (Kodagu) in the Western Ghats of India, is part of a coffee plantation that was founded in the late 1800s. It has since been nurtured by generations of our family and is a testament to the art of coffee cultivation – where nature and tradition blend seamlessly to produce the finest shade-grown coffee.
Located 12 km from Madikeri town, on the Suntikoppa-Madikeri Highway, Greendale Coffee Estate is a living legacy in the heart of Coorg, spanning the villages of Kedakal and Horoor. It is situated at an altitude of around 3000+ feet above sea level, with an average annual rainfall of 80 – 100 inches and temperatures ranging between 12°C and 34°C. Blessed with optimal conditions for growing coffee and spices, Greendale Coffee Estate grows a mix of both Coffea arabica and Coffea robusta – the two major species of Coffee cultivated across the globe – inter-cropped with many varieties of black pepper, Coorg oranges and avocados.

We care for our people and the community that sustains us by ensuring fair practices and a safe, respectful environment for all.
