At Greendale Coffee Estate, we aim to deliver our freshly roasted coffee and merchandise to you with the same care and authenticity that goes into every bean we produce.
This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, package, and ship your orders across India.
1. Order Processing
All coffee orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
We roast coffee in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. If an item is temporarily out of stock or delayed due to roasting schedules, we’ll inform you immediately via email or phone.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship our products across India through trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
If you wish to place a bulk or international order, please contact us directly at info@greendalecoffeeestate.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Other Urban Areas: 4–7 business days
Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service availability and local logistics conditions (especially in remote or hilly regions).
4. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and total order weight.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a specified value — details will be mentioned on our website or during checkout.
5. Packaging & Handling
All GreenDale coffee products are packed in airtight, eco-friendly pouches to preserve freshness and aroma.
Each shipment is carefully inspected and sealed before dispatch to ensure quality and safety.
If you receive a damaged package, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and assist promptly.
6. Delivery Issues
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may return it to us.
In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
GreenDale Coffee Estate will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions).
